Firstly, I personally would like to thank you for your business and for wanting to join our M'avenue club. At M'avenue the Label, we aspire to have all of our customers feeling unique, confident, and celebrated. While we are a small business, we do understand some items don't always work out. Because of this, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship the item back to us. We hope we can do even better for you in the future, and we will be coming out with new styles frequently; so keep an eye out for new drops! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the return conditions are not met, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to you. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Because we are a small business, if the return conditions are met, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items requiring hygienic liners where the liner has been removed, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Items designated as Pre-Order are eligible for store credit only. As each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and produced in response to customer demand, we are unable to offer refunds to the original payment method. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If your return meets the requirements and is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping fee within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 35 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@mavenuethelabel.com.
